Where to buy the Scottish skirt

Many friends asked me where they could buy the Scottish skirt I had presented in the post “How to wear tartan“, as I wrote in the article it is a vintage skirt that cannot be found.

To keep happy all the people who liked the look, I did a little research on the web and I found some very nice Scottish skirts that I want to propose as an alternative to that of the post.

Which skirt to choose

Zara presented in the collection of the week four tartan skirts at a price lower than 50 euros, clearly they are not pure virgin wool, but for this price we cannot expect more. The blue pencil skirt with a belt is my favorite, but also the kilt with two types of fabric is not bad.

With a slightly higher price, the skirt by Twin Set on sale is slightly flared and with a spotted ruffle at the bottom, slightly longer than the others is perhaps the one I would choose.

Among Dixie ‘s sales this pencil skirt with side slit and panel with sideways-oriented paintings is interesting, the price is even lower than those by Zara.

For those who want to spend much more and want a bon ton skirt this one by Bottega Veneta is an evergreen, ideal for women of class (on sale on Net-a-Porter).

If your imaginative side prevails, the skirt with asymmetric hem and two types of fabric by J.W. Anderson is the one that I recommend, the woman who wears it must have a strong character and be very confident, even this you find it on sale on Net-a-Porter.

Midi length for the skirts of A.W.A.K.E. (with side slits) and Victoria Beckham (with fantasy print) and pencil shape, these are also skirts that can be worn for life, you can buy the first on LN-CC, while the second on the website of  My Theresa.

I hope I have been helpful and that you can find “yours” among those I have chosen for you.
