You know, weekends are too short. Now, it’s Monday and, as usual, I’m feeling down on Monday morning.

Sometimes all you need is a little inspiration to keep rolling.

My inspiration for the Week is Eileen Ash. She is a 105-year-old woman who keeps fit with yoga and a few glasses of wine.

She lives in Norwich and she has just turned 105, but this is not the news. She is an inspiring woman for her state of mind…and her greatest flexibility.

She’s getting to grips with her computer and she drives a bright yellow mini…. everything in her life says “hello world, good vibes!!”.

Eileen has practiced yoga for 30 years – and we have just discovered it – and she still enjoys regular yoga sessions.

As she says: “yoga helps your brain and improves your muscles”. Perfect Eileen, but yoga helps also to have your vitality?

When asked if she suffers from aches and pains, she cheekily answered: “Not yet, when I’m older, I will apparently, but what is old? I’d like to know when I’ll be old.

I love this woman and her lifestyle! And you do?
