Shoulders, arms plus obliques to tone your body: workout #7

Workout #7 tone biceps, the symbol of strength and fitness with shoulder muscles give the body an healthy shape. Plus an exercise for obliques muscles that enhance your waist line.

 

#1 Biceps

Sitting on a bench, grasp two dumbbells at your side with the palm facing inward. Curl the dumbbells up toward the shoulders rotating your forearm.

Return to the starting position. Three sets of 10 movements.

#2 Obliques

With two dumbbells at your side and your palms facing your body, slowly bend the torso to one side as far as possible, return to the starting position and bend to the other side. Three sets of 10.

#3 Anterior Deltoids

Grasp two dumbbells and let them hanging by your hips. Slowly raise the dumbbells at your shoulders level in front of your body, keeping your elbows slight bent. Return to the start position, repeat for three sets of 10 movements.
